Schedule 2: Monday–Thursday 09:00–14:00 and 14:30–18:00; Friday 08:00–15:00 In August, both schedules are 08:00–15:00\. * Opportunities for career progression within the company. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Document analysis and interpretation of drawings. * Requesting quotations and offers. * Preparation and presentation of budgets. * Development of construction solutions. * Supporting and resolving queries from departments (materials, manufacturing, and assembly) Supporting the commercial department. * REQUIREMENTS * Minimum **2 years’ experience** as a TECHNICAL OFFICE TECHNICIAN in construction, carpentry, furniture, or similar environments. * Technical education (Architecture, Engineering, Design, Higher Vocational Training in Design and Furnishing or Building Projects) is an asset. * Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes. * Fluent use of tools such as **Excel, AutoCAD**, and/or budgeting software (Presto, ERP, etc.). * Knowledge of materials: wood, panels, hardware, metal structures, finishes. * Residence in **A Estrada and/or willingness to relocate.**
