We would like to incorporate a **leader who will perform the functions of Health and Safety Technician** at a mining facility. Key responsibilities of this role include: * Establish the annual Safety and Hygiene plan ensuring compliance with OSHAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and other applicable standards. * Conduct and ensure the best possible results in audits received by the site: OHSAS, ISO, industrial risks, internal Group audits, quality (in training and chemical products). * Coordinate the External Prevention Service. * Supervise and ensure inspections of safety equipment and devices, as well as propose and implement optimization of safety processes. * Manage, plan, deliver, and record all actions within the safety training program, including delivering required internal training. * Manage the health and safety committee (scheduling, conducting, and follow-up). * Investigate accidents and incidents and their potential causes. * Ensure coordination of business activities. * Motivate, encourage, and collaborate with work teams and personnel involved in achieving prevention objectives. **Is this job for you?** This position is right for you if you have: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Mining, or related field. * Mandatory Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Mandatory experience in industrial and/or mining environments. * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Health and Safety departments. * Experience in similar roles (e.g., OSHAS experience, Integrated Management Systems) and in industrial settings. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required. **A little more about us** "MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME, that's why we exist and that's our goal.
