Prepare to make your mark. **WHAT PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR / REQUIREMENTS?** --------------------------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine, Immunology…) or Business Sciences (Business Administration and Management, Economics, Marketing…) Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program related to the sector or the internship activities (pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical marketing, MBA…) Availability to sign an internship agreement for a minimum of 6 months. Extension up to 12 months is highly valued. High proficiency in both Spanish and English, demonstrable in writing and speaking. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital tools. Availability to work full-time. Availability to start from May 2024, with the possibility of working onsite at Novartis Barcelona offices. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** ------------------------------ Onboarding and welcome processes for new hires or internal promotions within the company. Collaborate in the local deployment of various global programs in a cross-functional manner. Guide teams toward corporate objectives and communicate company values and purpose. Analyze and monitor reports on various performance indicators in a cross-functional manner. Manage the Learning Platform 3.0 together with the vendor. Participate in setting up the company’s corporate onboarding program from a methodological platform perspective. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** ------------------- Novartis offers flexible hybrid work: a combination of onsite work at our Barcelona offices and remote work. Full-time internship schedule with flexible hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–9:00 a.m. to 5:30–6:00 p.m., according to the internship agreement. Six-month paid internship with the possibility of extension up to a total of 12 months. Paid internship: €969.39 gross per month. Internship placement including initial training program, tutoring, continuous mentoring by specialized professionals, and ongoing follow-up by the HR team.
