We are seeking a **Senior Python Developer** who wants to join a high-impact technical team, with autonomy to influence architectural decisions, best practices, and technological evolution. **Location**: San Sebastián (hybrid or partially remote) **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Design, develop, and maintain Python-based services. * Implement architectures based on robust and scalable design patterns. * Model and manage databases (Postgres, Redis Streams, Vector DBs) with migrations (Alembic). * Integrate and serve AI/LLM models in production. * Participate in code reviews and in defining quality and documentation standards. * Automate cloud deployments on Kubernetes using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). * Collaborate closely with the product team to translate use cases into real-world solutions for industrial and public-sector clients. **Requirements** -------------- * \+10 years of backend development experience with Python. * Demonstrable experience with FastAPI, ORMs, and advanced testing. * Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. * Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). * Experience integrating and deploying AI/LLM or ML systems in production. * Strong technical English proficiency (Basque language proficiency is a plus). **What We Offer** ----------------- * Participation in cutting-edge projects applying artificial intelligence to industry and the public sector. * Integration into a specialized, approachable team with a strong collaborative culture. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities. * Genuine opportunities for growth in technical and architectural leadership. * Flexible hybrid/remote work options from San Sebastián. **Ready to join our team?** --------------------------------- Send an email to rrhh@acc.com.es with “Senior Python Developer – AI Solutions” in the subject line.
