We are now looking to bring onboard an **Operations Analyst**, a strategic role to ensure our projects are correctly sized, profitable, and benefit from optimal cross-team coordination. ### **What will be your mission?** **Analyze and optimize the organization’s operational processes**, ensuring efficient resource planning, rigorous KPI tracking, and continuous improvement of project profitability and productivity. You will be a **key profile in operational coordination**, acting as the liaison between Management, Project Managers, and various departments to anticipate needs, identify risks, and propose solutions. ### **This will be your day-to-day:** * Analyze processes, workflows, and internal policies to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. * Monitor and report on key KPIs (gross margin, utilization rate, forecast, profitability, variances). * Ensure data in Power BI and other tools accurately reflects the economic reality of projects. * Manage daily forecasting: assignment changes, new hires, departures, and workload adjustments. * Ensure proper team sizing by anticipating recruitment or reorganization needs. * Optimize resource assignments, balancing workloads and minimizing project dispersion per profile. * Accelerate resource allocation for new projects and high-propensity proposals. * Conduct specific follow-up on strategic accounts regarding availability and assignment. * Monitor correct time logging in our time-tracking tool and track internal hours. * Analyze subcontractor profitability and ensure accurate system allocation. * Identify operational risks or resource conflicts and escalate them with proposed resolutions. * Coordinate with Project Managers and Business Development to monitor renewals. * Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication—from commercial opportunity to project execution. * Identify potential team conflicts or risks and escalate them to Managers/Leadership. REQUIREMENTS ### **Who are we looking for? A person who fits these skills:** * Prior experience in **project coordination, PMO, operations, or resource planning**, preferably in digital environments or consulting. * Experience analyzing operational and financial data (gross margin, forecast, utilization rate, profitability). * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Experience with project management and time-tracking tools (e.g., Harvest or similar). * Experience in reporting and data visualization (Power BI or other tools). * Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. * Strong analytical capability and structured thinking. * Rigorous organization and planning skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Clear, assertive communication and influence skills. * Negotiation and conflict management skills. * Teamwork and collaborative mindset. * Honesty, transparency, and commitment. * Residency in Madrid or Zaragoza, with availability to attend the office two days per week. ### **We value the following positively:** * Experience in digital services companies. * Financial knowledge applied to project management. * Experience in capacity planning and team sizing. * Familiarity with agile methodologies. * Interest in continuous improvement and data-driven optimization. ### **Why us—and not others?
