We are now looking to bring onboard an **Operations Analyst**, a strategic role to ensure our projects are correctly sized, profitable, and benefit from optimal cross-team coordination. ### **What will be your mission?** **Analyze and optimize the organization’s operational processes**, ensuring efficient resource planning, rigorous KPI tracking, and continuous improvement of project profitability and productivity. You will be a **key profile in operational coordination**, acting as the liaison between Management, Project Managers, and various departments to anticipate needs, identify risks, and propose solutions. ### **This will be your day-to-day:** * Analyze processes, workflows, and internal policies to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. * Monitor and report on key KPIs (gross margin, utilization rate, forecast, profitability, variances). * Ensure data in Power BI and other tools accurately reflects the economic reality of projects. * Manage daily forecasting: assignment changes, new hires, departures, and workload adjustments. * Ensure proper team sizing by anticipating recruitment or reorganization needs. * Optimize resource assignments, balancing workloads and minimizing project dispersion per profile. * Accelerate resource allocation for new projects and high-propensity proposals. * Conduct specific follow-up on strategic accounts regarding availability and assignment. * Monitor correct time logging in our time-tracking tool and track internal hours. * Analyze subcontractor profitability and ensure accurate system allocation. * Identify operational risks or resource conflicts and escalate them with proposed resolutions. * Coordinate with Project Managers and Business Development to monitor renewals. * Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication—from commercial opportunity to project execution. * Identify potential team conflicts or risks and escalate them to Managers/Leadership. REQUIREMENTS ### **Who are we looking for?
