B2C Operations Consultant. ### **Your Responsibilities Will Include** * Effective communication with suppliers, channels, and other departments. * Monitoring and evaluation: * Process optimization capability: + Performance Tracking: Implement systems to regularly monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs. + Data Analysis: Ability to analyze claim data and make decisions based on such analyses to improve efficiency. * Risk Management: + Risk Identification: Recognize and assess risks associated with outsourcing, such as dependency on external suppliers and data security. + Risk Mitigation: Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure business continuity and achievement of UAR objectives. * Technical Knowledge: + Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with outsourcing trends and best practices to implement continuous improvements. * Planning and Organization: + Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and supervise outsourcing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. + Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized documentation of all outsourcing processes and agreements. ### **Requirements** * Data Engineer and Relational Database Analyst: In-depth knowledge of BI tools (QlikSense, QlikView, Power BI, Excel, Access). * Programming language knowledge (SQL and Python). * Specialist in Relational Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle. * Teamwork capability: Interaction and collaboration with Advanced Analytics. ### **What We Offer You** * Opportunity to join an established corporate group with national and international presence. * Indefinite contract. * 100% remote work mode. * Possibility of assignment to offices in Sevilla, Barcelona, or Madrid. * Excellent working environment.
