




The main responsibilities of the position include public service, where you will be in charge of receiving students, families and visitors, both in person and via phone and email. You will also provide support to management by assisting in planning, report preparation and coordination of various administrative tasks. Additionally, you will manage documentation, keeping files organized, recording information and updating databases. Proficiency in office software is important, especially Excel (tables, basic formulas, list management), Word, and online management tools. Likewise, you will handle enrollment and registration processes, registering students, monitoring payments and issuing corresponding receipts. Regarding communication, you will participate in internal and external communication by drafting and sending emails, notices and circulars. Experience supporting social media and digital communication—such as publishing announcements and information about courses and activities—will be valued. An intermediate level of English is required to handle basic inquiries. You must also resolve incidents by efficiently and promptly managing administrative or organizational issues. Basic knowledge of invoicing is required for issuing invoices and tracking receivables and payments. The contract is permanent, with part-time hours.
