Role Purpose The HS Manager, or Process and Safety Expert, will support the establishment of a world\-class Health and Safety program for the new battery gigafactory in Navalmoral de la Mata. Reporting to the HSE Head of Spain, you will implement HS standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture across construction and future operations. This hands\-on role requires strong leadership, risk awareness, and collaboration with contractors and project teams to achieve zero\-incident performance and environmental excellence. This person will be **fully responsible for the overall process equipment safety management of the project,** specifically covering: reviewing the design drawings of process equipment, collecting design\-related materials, conducting design reviews, evaluating supplier qualifications, and implementing comprehensive control over the process safety, fire protection, and explosion\-proof design concepts of facilities and equipment; meanwhile, taking charge of on\-site safety supervision during the equipment installation and commissioning period (especially in the production launch phase).
