If you have practical experience managing ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and executing actions to improve conversion and customer retention, and want to continue growing in a dynamic, innovative, and expanding environment, this is your opportunity. **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** and stable project. * **Full-time schedule** from Monday to Friday. * The opportunity to be an active part of a **growing and expanding company**. * **Continuous training**. * **Competitive salary** aligned with your experience. * **Flexible compensation**. * **Exclusive discounts** across all our stores. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * **Developing and executing the sales strategy on the ecommerce channel** for our ecommerce platforms (LCDLC \& Kamalion) and key marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.). * **Executing and monitoring ecommerce processes:** you will participate in catalog updates, promotion oversight, and implementing user experience improvements, ensuring smooth operation of the online platforms. * **Analyzing key data** to optimize platform performance, including defining KPIs, traffic analysis, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and enhancing user experience. * You will work **closely with Digital Marketing, CRM \& IT**, creating and executing joint action plans to boost user acquisition, customer loyalty, and online sales. **What are we looking for?** * **2 to 4 years of experience** as an Ecommerce Manager. * **Ability to combine operational skills with medium-term strategic vision**: daily management of the ecommerce platform and leadership in long-term decision-making. * Experience in **defining and executing commercial strategies and omnichannel initiatives** for ecommerce, with emphasis on **traffic generation, CRO**, and integration between physical and digital worlds (we have 1100 stores in 13 countries). * Ability to create **cross-functional action plans** involving **website, CRM, and Social Media** in collaboration with the Marketing department. * Functional knowledge of **SEO, SEM**, and data analysis tools. * Experience with **ecommerce platforms** such as **PrestaShop and Shopify**. * Familiarity with analytics and automation tools such as **AI-powered chats, workflow automation, email marketing, etc.** * **Intermediate level of English.** Are you passionate about ecommerce and would you like to make a real impact on the growth of a leading company in its sector?
