

Many of us find ourselves longing for the care, support, or validation we didn’t always receive growing up. In this workshop, we’ll explore the idea of **self-parenting or reparenting** —learning to become our own source of safety and nurture. Together, we’ll dive into how we can better understand our inner children, practice self-compassion, and create healthier boundaries in our lives - building a self-parenting plan to kick off the journey. Throughout the workshop, we’ll: * Connect with and explore the needs of our inner child. * Practice reparenting ourselves with kindness and patience. * Learn to set meaningful boundaries to support emotional well-being. * Discuss ways to build daily routines that nurture us on this journey. We’ll be doing guided visualization, reflective journaling, and group exercises, all in a supportive and open environment.
