Learning Areas * Front office and guest services. * Dining room and gastronomic service. * Kitchen and culinary operations. * Housekeeping and quality standards. * Internal operations and coordination. Responsibilities * Support in real tasks within each department. * Participation in services, events, and daily operations. * Learning of protocols, standards, and the Noctis DNA. * Development of professional skills and service-oriented attitude. * Progressive integration into the team. Ideal Candidate Profile * Students pursuing degrees in tourism, hospitality, gastronomy, or related fields. * Proactive attitude, commitment, and eagerness to learn. * Genuine interest in building a career in the hospitality industry. * Strong interpersonal presence and communication skills. * Adaptability and teamwork capability. * Personal vehicle preferred (location is 10 minutes from Soria).
