We are seeking production operators for a leading company in the defense and metallurgical industry, dedicated to the manufacturing and development of advanced systems. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * External machining operations on the flange, facing, drilling to accommodate the pin, internal turning, cutting to length, etc. * Placing sleeves on the spindle, securing the workpiece with chucks, operating the lathe, and monitoring the machining process. * Machining sleeves on a manual Amutio lathe (cutting to length and facing). * Machining forged cups and projectiles on numerical control lathes. * Feeding the lathe using a magnetic hoist, placing the piece into the chuck. * Operating the lathe and controlling the machining process. * Removing the machined projectile using a magnetic hoist. * Collecting machined parts and placing them into boxes, containers, or pallets for transfer to the next stage of the manufacturing process. * Setup, adjustment, and tooling change operations. * Forging. * Use of hand tools. * Quality standards control and monitoring. * Feeding production lines. * Polishing and packaging of machined parts. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the metal sector. * We are looking for a responsible and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. * GM/GS qualification in the metal sector branch. - 20-hour metal industry prevention course.
