We are seeking an electromechanic with at least one year of experience and training in maintenance, mechatronics, or automation to join the team of an established company in Guijuelo, Salamanca. A permanent contract and a competitive salary are offered, along with initial training to facilitate adaptation to the role. Key responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, such as production lines, packaging equipment, and palletizing systems. Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic fault diagnostics and repairs will also be performed, as well as replacement and adjustment of components including motors, gearboxes, sensors, and valves. Other important tasks include ensuring continuous operation of production lines, performing adjustments after scheduled shutdowns, recording faults, and communicating with shift supervisors. Proposals to improve team performance and reduce incidents are highly valued. Candidates must be available to work morning and afternoon shifts, cover occasional weekend on-call duties, and possess their own vehicle.
