Job Summary: We are seeking an Order Picking Operator to ensure correct pallet assembly and dispatch of finished products, meeting quality and efficiency standards. Key Points: 1. At Florette Canarias, we are looking to incorporate an **Order Picking Operator** into our team, whose mission will be to guarantee correct assembly and dispatch of finished product pallets, complying with quality, food safety, and logistical efficiency standards, ensuring that each customer receives their order on time and in full. **Main Responsibilities** * Assembling and preparing boxes of finished products, registering them using barcode scanners. * Organizing, strapping, and correctly positioning pallets. * Assisting in truck loading using an electric stacker, following instructions from the team leader. * Checking and replacing labels in case of IT-related incidents. * Performing basic controls: inventories, delivery notes, truck temperature measurements, and quality records. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Complying with safety, quality, hygiene, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Supporting additional tasks assigned by the responsible person. **Experience and Knowledge** * Prior experience in **logistics, dispatch operations, or production environments**. * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and management software). * Proficiency in operating **stackers and electric pallet trucks**. * Use of data capture devices or **PDAs**. **Key Competencies** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Flexibility and versatility. * Quality orientation and compliance with safety regulations. **Required Education** * Basic education or equivalent. * Valid food handler’s certificate. **Offered** * Permanent discontinuous contract. * Shift work schedule, rotating as per operational needs. * Opportunity to join an established company in the food sector.
