




Job Summary: This position involves welcoming and serving golf customers, maintaining golf equipment and facilities, and managing the pace of play at a resort. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and golf equipment care. 2. Facility maintenance and course management. 3. Operation of shuttle vehicles. Duties * Welcome guests upon arrival at the resort. * Serve customers with items rented from the golf shop. * Care for golf bags, including loading and unloading motorized and electric golf carts, cleaning clubs, and storing them in our facilities. * Provide customer service. * Organize the 1st tee as the starting point. * Monitor and manage the pace of play as a course advisor. * Drive shuttle vehicles from hotels to the golf course. * Clean golf carts after use and park them for charging. * Maintain practice facilities, including collecting range balls, baskets, and trash. * Monitor and maintain course setup, including stakes, trash, scorecards, etc. * Monitor and maintain batteries for both electric and standard golf carts. * Maintain inventory of our materials, such as scorecards, pencils, rental clubs, ball machines, etc. * Perform any other duties arising from special customer requests. Requirements * Languages: Spanish and intermediate-to-advanced English. * Prior experience in customer service. * Knowledge of golf is considered a plus. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required to access the resort.
