A position as a nursing assistant is available in Cañete la Real. Main responsibilities include supporting the team in welcoming and receiving new users, collaborating in the implementation of individualized care plans. Daily interventions will also be carried out to cover routine activities, such as maintaining personal hygiene, cleaning the first-aid kit and medical equipment, and administering food, facilitating intake when necessary. Other duties include receiving and distributing meals in residents' rooms, performing repositioning maneuvers and auxiliary services according to technical training. Collaboration with the nursing service will include repositioning bedridden individuals and assisting in procedures that facilitate their clinical examination. Additionally, support will be provided in preparation for transfers, including accompanying and monitoring users, and administering medication under supervision. In the nurse’s absence, blood glucose testing and subcutaneous administration of insulin or heparin may be performed, always under medical supervision. Users will also be accompanied in activities aimed at maintaining and improving their physical and motor abilities, such as medical appointments or excursions, and collaboration will be provided in preventive techniques. The contract is temporary and part-time, within a supportive working environment in the locality.
