**1. POSITION DESCRIPTION** In our company — a leader in the manufacturing of bakery and pastry products — we are seeking an **Industrial Electromechanic** for our bakery and pastry production facility. Your mission will be to ensure the proper operation of production machinery and equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing operational continuity and process efficiency. **2. LOCATION** · Workplace: Cañada Rosal (Seville). · On-site position. **3. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS** · Conduct periodic inspections of production machinery and equipment to detect wear or anomalies. · Carry out preventive maintenance according to the established plan to extend equipment service life. · Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures in production equipment. · Perform adjustments, part replacements, and necessary repairs to minimize downtime. · Manage and record maintenance activities in maintenance management systems (CMMS or similar). · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery (mixers, ovens, laminators, packaging machines, etc.). · Implement improvements in maintenance processes to reduce costs, improve performance, and decrease stoppage times. · Suggest technical modifications to optimize equipment performance. · Ensure all interventions comply with industrial safety standards. · Comply with current regulations regarding electrical and mechanical safety. · Support commissioning of new machinery and production lines. · Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and instrumentation equipment for maintenance. **4. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS** · Higher Vocational Training Degree in **Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or equivalent**. · Certifications in industrial maintenance and electrical safety will be valued. **5. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** · Minimum **3 years** of experience in electromechanical maintenance within production factories, preferably in the food industry. · Experience with specific bakery and pastry machinery is a plus. **6. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** · Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. · Reading and interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings. · Connection and configuration of frequency inverters and soft starters. · Use of electrical measurement tools (multimeters, clamp meters, oscilloscopes). · Industrial safety standards and good maintenance practices. · Configuration and maintenance of sensors, relays, and industrial control systems. · Configuration and adjustment of industrial valves, cylinders, and pumps. · Calibration and adjustment of temperature, pressure, and level sensors. **7.
