The person hired for this position will be responsible for: * Coordinating and supervising internal construction teams and subcontractors. * Organizing and assigning tasks among the workers under their supervision. * Ensuring production aligns with the project schedule. * Pre-planning procurement, material orders, and other resources—such as machinery or auxiliary equipment—required for the proper execution of construction activities and work units. * Maintaining daily records of workforce attendance, supplies used, and rented equipment. * Ensuring proper maintenance of general facilities and collective protective measures, as well as correct use of personal protective equipment. * Monitoring compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental requirements. * Resolving management and/or execution issues on site, acting as the liaison with any involved third parties. **Requirements** * We seek a candidate with over 10 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in civil engineering projects for hydraulic infrastructure (primarily water treatment plants), earthworks, and foundations. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Experience assembling equipment is desirable. * Geographic mobility within the Andalusia region. * **LOCATION:** The town of Murtas, in the Alpujarras of Granada. **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * Join a multinational leader in the sector. * Permanent contract. * Flexibility. * Company vehicle. * Professional growth.
