We seek proactive, organized individuals with a strong team spirit to join our Amazon logistics center in Siero, Asturias. Our daily operations involve a variety of essential tasks to ensure supply chain efficiency. You will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, receiving and meticulously registering parcels using computer systems, and performing quality checks. Your work in sorting packages by size and destination, along with managing goods in automated systems such as the Sorter, will be crucial to operational flow. Additionally, you will actively participate in resolving incidents, transporting and sorting pallets, and operating scanners and user-level IT tools. Managing vehicle traffic and receiving trucks carrying materials, coordinating outbound docks, and manually unloading trucks using pallet jacks complete the profile of this essential role within our operations. Applicants must be of legal age and hold valid work and residence permits. The ability to read and understand instructions in Spanish is essential. We seek candidates with a positive work attitude, willingness to collaborate, and flexibility to adapt to our client’s requirements—including readiness to work rotating shifts. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to standard processes is essential. Learning ability, concentration, and the capacity to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts will be valued. Good vision and the ability to lift weights up to 22 kg, as well as strong spatial orientation, are required.
