#### **Work Mode** On-site #### **Department** Production #### **Workplace** Talarrubias, Casablanca (Badajoz) #### **Requirements** **Education:** Required: Degree or training in industrial mechanics or related fields, FP1 or FP2\. **Required Knowledge:** Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in continuous process industrial plants. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams. Welding skills and use of precision tools. **Experience:** More than three years of experience in industrial maintenance. **Other Requirements:** Availability to work in shifts. Accustomed to teamwork, methodical and disciplined, in a safety-oriented environment, respectful of the environment and committed to continuous improvement of production processes. Driver's license type C. **Desirable:** Knowledge of Turner-Miller (Machinist) Residence near the facilities. Availability to work in shifts. #### **Competencies** Communication; Teamwork; Problem Solving and Decision Making; Results Orientation and Planning, Organization and continuous improvement. #### **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery according to existing procedures and documentation, as well as HSSE regulations, including diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures. * Conduct Safety Observations on ongoing work, identify Unsafe Conditions and propose mitigation improvements, report Accidents/Incidents by actively collaborating in investigations and implementation of mitigation measures. * Ensure compliance with environmental conditions, properly managing generated waste. * Actively participate in continuous process improvement, taking responsibility for assigned equipment and/or components. * Participate in training programs related to Safety and Health, Prevention and Environment, Technical and Corporate Training. * Faithfully comply with policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System related to Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health, as well as environmental management and corporate policies. #### **Who We Are?** Solclef is an energy asset operator company, currently fully focused on renewable generation.
