If you are passionate about quality, automation, distributed systems performance, and want to work at the intersection of modern QA and applied Artificial Intelligence, this opportunity is for you. **What will be your responsibilities?** Design, implement, and maintain automated non-functional test suites (end-to-end and regression). Ensure testability, observability, and traceability of test executions. Implement logging, metrics, and failure diagnostics solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana. Build, maintain, and operate CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing. Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance testing (automatic test generation, intelligent test prioritization, flakiness detection, test data generation). Create and maintain test data, mocks, stubs, and test harnesses for integrations with external systems and databases. Contribute to QA documentation, test plans, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement of quality processes and standards. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements * Experience in performance and load testing, and ability to interpret results. * Experience in non-functional testing (performance, load, reliability, and security). * Troubleshooting and problem analysis skills, including writing clear and reproducible test cases and bug reports. * Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, as well as testing practices in cloud-native environments. * Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams. * Advanced or fluent English proficiency. * Responsible, autonomous profile with strong communication skills. * Preferred qualifications: * Practical experience with frameworks and tools for end-to-end non-functional test automation. * Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines with automated test execution. * Solid knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, databases, and integration patterns. * Scripting knowledge (Python, Go, Java, or Bash) for automation tool development. * Experience or familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar for test and data generation and analysis. **What we offer** Participation in high-complexity technical projects with significant impact.
