Do you want to lead the **operational management of a leading automotive components manufacturing plant** in its sector and **near San Sebastián**? The company is seeking an experienced **Manufacturing Director** as part of a succession contract due to early retirement. You will report directly to Management, taking responsibility for the areas of **planning, procurement, manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics**, ensuring the achievement of management targets and continuous team development. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * **Planning and production**: organize, plan, and supervise manufacturing operations to ensure deadlines, costs, and quality. * **Integrated resource management**: materials, human resources, and financial resources to optimize results. * **Supply chain**: oversee purchasing, supply, and logistics. * **Maintenance**: ensure proper operation and updating of equipment and facilities. * **Quality**: guarantee compliance with automotive industry standards. * **Team leadership**: motivate, develop, and ensure a safe working environment. * **Continuous improvement**: implement Lean Manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. * **Incident resolution**: rapid response to issues affecting production. * **Regulatory compliance**: safety, environment, sustainability, and regulations. * **Strategic management**: active participation in industrial strategy and the Executive Committee. * Industrial Engineering degree. * +5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector. * Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and IATF16949, ISO14001, SPRL standards. * Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. * Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and results orientation. * Experience with management software (ERP, CMMS, MES) and data analysis tools. * Proficiency in English (French will be valued).
