The main responsibilities include: Check-in/Check-out; Monitoring and managing room keys; Safe deposit box rentals; Cash register reconciliation and handover to the colleague on the next shift; Full accountability for all activities occurring during one's working shift; Incident management (but not resolution); Luggage handling; Room changes; Mail management; Room sales; Managing switchboard calls; Supervising bell staff under one's responsibility. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in a similar position; Studies in tourism; Advanced English \+ Other languages are valued; Customer-oriented attitude; Knowledge of SAP will be highly appreciated.
