We are looking for a **HVAC Technician** responsible for the **installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems** in commercial and industrial environments. The person will be part of the ArkDes team and will work directly under the supervision of the project's lead technician. **Responsibilities** * Perform **VRF air conditioning installations, ductwork, chillers, and domestic hot water (DHW) systems** in commercial and industrial buildings. * Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance** on air conditioning equipment. * Comply with **RITE, F\-Gas regulations, and occupational safety standards** in all interventions. * Collaborate with the team in the **preparation of materials and tools** required for each installation. * Report to the lead technician on **progress, incidents, and necessary adjustments**. * Participate in **performance testing, commissioning, and certification** of installations. **Requirements** * Technical training in **air conditioning installation and maintenance** (vocational training, higher technician, or equivalent). * **F\-Gas certification** for handling fluorinated gases. * Minimum of **2 years' experience** in commercial or industrial installations. * Knowledge of **VRF, chillers, ventilation, and DHW systems**. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * **Class B driver's license** required. **Valued skills** * Familiarity with air conditioning design or calculation software. * Experience in large-scale or industrial projects. * Additional training in energy efficiency and current regulations. **Offer** * Immediate integration into a **commercial and industrial installation and maintenance project**. * Flexible employment terms based on experience: freelance per project or salaried position. * Opportunities for career growth within the company and involvement in large-scale projects.
