




We are seeking an experienced social worker to lead and support a team. Main responsibilities include the reception, welcoming, and detailed analysis of each case, as well as the development of sociolaboral assessments. The design and supervision of individualized insertion plans is required, working closely with educational professionals in the accompaniment of minors. This role involves active job prospecting and labor mediation. Smooth coordination among all parties involved in improving skills and youth employability will be essential. Development of strategies encouraging participation and motivation toward training and employment is expected, along with coordination with external entities such as Local Social Services and the Navarre Employment Service, as well as other local training and employment resources. Additionally, behavioral and attitudinal changes will be promoted to enhance employability and community participation through the development of new capabilities. Trainings, workshops, and groups focused on improving competencies for sociolaboral integration will be designed and implemented. Regarding team support, daily organization will be supervised, activities planned, and responsibilities assigned. The candidate will lead, motivate, and resolve potential conflicts within the professional team. **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Possession of a diploma or degree in Social Work. At least 2 years of experience in intervention with minors. Minimum of 6 months of experience in team coordination.
