Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Leading and supervising the company’s HR functions, ensuring proper administration of personnel processes, promoting a work environment compliant with current regulations, and fostering a positive workplace climate. * Implementing Maier Group’s human resource management policies: recruitment, performance evaluation, training and development, and internal communication. * Managing the company’s occupational health and safety prevention activities, establishing appropriate mechanisms to stay updated on applicable legal requirements in this area. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Law, Economics) and postgraduate studies in human resource management **Experience:** 3 years in a similar role within an industrial company **Languages:** English Desirable: Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention
