Functions: * The main objective of the position will be to carry out maintenance tasks according to the operator's profile for the facility's installations and scheduled repairs assigned by the Technical Services Manager and hotel management. * Meter readings. * Assigned preventive maintenance checklists. * Document completed tasks. * Specific assigned tasks. * Energy efficiency monitoring. * Ensure safe and efficient operation of facilities. * Perform maintenance on materials, installations, and machinery. * Participate in continuous improvement of maintenance processes within the company. Monitor, control, and regularly maintain equipment under their responsibility. Diagnose possible equipment failures and identify the cause of malfunctions.
