At CAF Group, professional growth is supported by an international industrial project with a strong technological component. **Requirements** We are hiring a candidate with management skills and an analytical profile to join the Central Purchasing Department within the Purchasing Directorate of the Rail Vehicles Business Unit at our Beasain headquarters. You will become part of the IT Procurement Processes team whose main mission is: * Implementation and continuous improvement of digital processes for supplier management, sourcing, purchasing, and subcontracting through S/4 HANA, Baan, and Ariba technologies (including Ariba SLP, Sourcing, Risk, and SAP Business Network). * Driving necessary organizational and tool changes to operate with maximum efficiency. * Supporting internal users and suppliers by assisting in incident analysis and determining preventive actions. * Establishing a knowledge center to facilitate the identification and dissemination of best practices in operations. We are looking for a proactive individual to take on the following activities: * Support in maintaining and improving digital processes based on S/4 HANA, Ariba SBN, Ariba Sourcing, and Business Technology Platform technologies. * Support the implementation of new IT tools, including Artificial Intelligence and Big Data projects, aimed at improving supplier and procurement management processes. * Monitoring supplier operations on the SAP Business Network portal. * Providing functional support for supplier Machine-to-Machine process integration initiatives. * Adapting training materials and supporting buyers in finding functional solutions for existing processes. * Data analysis and reporting for the Purchasing Department. Knowledge of the following tools is required/valued: * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud. * Advanced knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, basic macros). * Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as MS Power Automate, MS Lists, and MS Power Apps. * Knowledge of databases and SQL language. * Knowledge and experience with the S/4 HANA environment (SAC, ARIBA SLP, Sourcing, SBN…) **Minimum Requirements** **Education** University degree in Engineering (Senior Engineer/Master) or Technical Engineering degree with at least 2 years of equivalent experience. Specific training in S/4 HANA, SAP Business Network, SAC, as well as data analysis and handling (master’s degree or similar) will be highly valued. **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience as an analyst in procurement process management, ideally within internationally operating industrial companies or strategic consulting firms. **Languages Required:** Mandatory: Spanish and English.
