Within the Nursing Department, we seek to hire a person responsible for the following duties: * Assist physicians during consultations. * Provide support in the operating room during ovarian punctures, embryo transfers, hysteroscopies, testicular and endometrial biopsies, and inseminations. * Perform pre-puncture preparations. * Measure blood pressure, weight, and other physical parameters. * Provide psychological accompaniment and support to patients. * Assist patients in the Post-Anesthesia Recovery Unit and in the adaptation room. * Record patient vital signs. * Conduct inventory management and place orders. * Receive deliveries. * Manage clinical documentation. * Handle blood samples. * Manage medication schedules. * Execute sterilization processes according to healthcare protocols. * Maintain established quality standards. **Requirements for the position:** * Qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate in Nursing Assistance. * At least one year of experience in similar positions is recommended. * Knowledge of Assisted Reproductive Techniques will be valued. **We require the following competencies:** * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Commitment to continuous learning. * Stress management ability. * Kindness and empathy. * Proactive and dynamic personality. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Health insurance. * Flexible compensation. * Work in a dynamic environment with a positive workplace atmosphere. * Opportunity to develop professionally within a growing organization.
