




We are looking for a logistics administrative assistant with availability to start working as soon as possible. The job is located in Irun, at a leading company in its sector. Main responsibilities include managing documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and route sheets, as well as archiving and controlling logistics-related documents. You will also be required to manage databases for customers, suppliers, and carriers, monitor pickup and delivery routes, and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will control goods incoming and outgoing, register and track stock movements in the ERP system, and supervise proper storage. Communication and coordination with other departments such as procurement, sales, and customer service are essential, along with handling customer inquiries related to deliveries and logistics, and coordinating with suppliers and logistics operators. The offered salary is 13.18€ gross per hour, corresponding to the administrative assistant category. Knowledge of French or English will be valued, although it is not essential.
