**Are you an expert in food technology and looking for a new challenge?** At **APASA**, we are seeking an **Applications Technician for the food sector**, passionate about technology transfer, innovation, and teamwork. **What will you do in this role?** * You will act as a bridge between our R\+D\+i team and our commercial team to transfer our technology to customers, providing technical assistance during implementation of our solutions and offering after-sales support. * You will work alongside our commercial and R\+D\+i teams to conceive and develop our product portfolio. **Your ideal profile includes:** * A university degree in Food Science and Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in sectors such as: * + Food industry, preferably meat, fish and derivatives, prepared foods, sauces and condiments. + Or in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical industries. * English proficiency. * Knowledge in: * + **Food ingredients and food technologies.** + Industrial process and project management. **Key requirements:** * Residence in Gipuzkoa. * Availability to travel across the Iberian Peninsula. * Interest in learning about food ingredients and manufacturing technologies. **Bonus points if you have experience in:** * Commercial skills and leadership. * Knowledge of food and chemical regulations. * Production organization and team management. * Strategic and innovative vision. **What we value:** Autonomy, creativity, results orientation, ambition, and rigor.
