We are hiring a **Technical Coordinator** for our facilities in **Madrid or Barcelona**, a role that will help drive progress for our customers. **Why Aggreko?** Here are some of the benefits and rewards: * You will work for a leading and internationally recognized company specializing in customized temporary projects for Power Generation and Distribution, Temperature Control, and Compressed Air. * An internationally recognized company for its technical expertise and high-value-added solutions, supported by an extensive fleet capable of serving any industrial sector. * Permanent contract (full-time, 40 hours/week), base salary plus variable pay, and social benefits (meal vouchers, private health insurance, life insurance). **Key Responsibilities:** * Strategically coordinate and plan daily activities of our service technicians across the Madrid and Barcelona regions, using tools such as Salesforce (FSL). * Conduct thorough and proactive monitoring of preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operational performance and reliability of Aggreko equipment. * Efficiently manage material orders and external service procurement, ensuring necessary support for field operations. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process optimization. **Requirements and Experience:** * Prior experience in a similar role and technical knowledge are required. * Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills. * Experience with CRM systems—especially Salesforce—and/or ERP systems such as Infor M3 or other enterprise resource management software. * Proficiency in Portuguese or English is considered a strong advantage.
