Job Summary: We are seeking a control room operator to continuously supervise the cast wheel production process using monitoring systems, ensuring stability of key parameters and promptly alerting the plant team in case of anomalies. Key Points: 1. Continuous supervision of the production process from a fixed and static workstation 2. Requires concentration and attention to detail throughout the entire shift 3. Vocational training (FP) in Automation, Mechatronics, Chemistry, or related fields is valued Continuous supervision of the cast wheel production process via monitoring systems. From a fixed workstation, control screens are monitored to ensure parameters such as temperatures or speeds remain within normal limits. If any indicator changes unexpectedly or displays an error, the plant team must be notified using sound judgment. At the start of each shift, simple preparation and control panel inspection tasks are performed. The role is static, involving no physical effort or manual handling, and requires sustained concentration and attention to detail throughout the entire shift. **Working hours follow a rotating three-shift schedule:** 6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–6:00\. Full-time position; initial contract is temporary for three months. The position is located in Uharte\-Arakil. **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years **Education:** High school diploma (Bachiller) Candidates with experience as foundry furnace operators, continuous casting operators, or individuals accustomed to working as panel/control room operators in continuous processes (e.g., chemical, metallurgical industries). Proficiency in using touchscreens or computer systems at a user level. Sustained attention and concentration capability Vocational training (FP) in Automation, Mechatronics, Chemistry, or related fields is valued, due to the ease of understanding behavior of automated parameters.
