Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for preventive and corrective maintenance of the municipal cleaning vehicle fleet, ensuring efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the municipal cleaning vehicle fleet in perfect condition 2. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including mechanical breakdowns 3. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure compliance with regulations We are looking for a technician to maintain the municipal cleaning vehicle fleet in Donostia\-San Sebastián. Your work will be essential in keeping machinery and vehicles in optimal condition, operating efficiently, safely, and sustainably for the city. You will be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance. This means detecting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults. You will also manage spare parts inventory to ensure necessary components are always available for repairs. Strict adherence to occupational health and safety and environmental regulations is essential at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone. Professional training in mechanics or a related field is required, along with at least two years’ experience in similar positions, especially involving industrial or urban service fleets. A valid driving license type B is mandatory. Holding a type C\+CAP license and knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, electronics, or vehicle diagnostic systems would be advantageous. Residency in the Donostialdea area and availability to work morning or afternoon shifts are valued. We seek a hardworking, punctual, and responsible individual. Vocational training in mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with industrial or urban service fleets. Driving license type B. Type C\+CAP license, knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and vehicle computerized diagnostic systems are desirable. Residence in the Donostialdea region.
