The main responsibilities include: * Management of training course documentation. * Management of trainees and instructors. * Lead generation and management within the student recruitment and guidance department. * Reception, switchboard operation, visitor handling, and call screening. * Document management and archiving. * General administrative support functions. The required qualifications and skills are: * Higher Vocational Training qualification. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Experience in training program management. * A proactive, solution-oriented, versatile, and autonomous individual. * Experience in telephone support.
