Identification of needs and preparation of budgets for construction works **Positions Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 3 Senior Architects – Municipal Projects (Valencia) **Workplace** -------------------- * València/Valencia Address: Paterna **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Economic management (planning, production, certification) and execution of assignments in accordance with approved tender documents (measurements, schedule). * Support in monitoring and controlling assignments: resources, occupational health and safety (PRL), procurement, suppliers, quality, and environment. * Liaison with various public administrations to identify needs, define and prepare budgets and tender documents for construction works and services. * Coordination with suppliers and support in carrying out technical tasks related to infrastructure affected by the DANA event of 29 October 2024. * Identification of elements damaged by the DANA and estimation of restoration, repair, or reconstruction costs. * Identification of alternatives and preparation of infrastructure project budgets for service recovery following emergency works. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract enabling verification and accreditation of the required professional experience. * Academic internship annexes, where applicable, enabling verification and accreditation of the required academic experience. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Architecture or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (300 ECTS credits) (MECES 3).
