Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and manage spare parts inventory. Employee discount #### **What will you do on a daily basis?** * **Inspection and diagnosis**: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities; identify malfunctions, wear, or potential failures. * **Preventive maintenance**: Carry out scheduled tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and component replacement to prevent failures and extend equipment service life. * **Corrective maintenance**: Diagnose and efficiently repair equipment malfunctions; respond promptly and effectively to incidents. * **Improvement proposals**: Actively participate in continuous improvement projects by contributing ideas and implementing technical modifications to optimize equipment performance. * **Spare parts management**: Request and monitor stock levels of required spare parts for maintenance activities. * **Documentation and recordkeeping**: Maintain up-to-date maintenance reports, including work performed, parts used, and technical observations. #### **What will make you succeed at Wild Balance?** * **Academic qualifications**: Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Maintenance, Electricity and Electronics, or related field. * **Minimum experience**: 1–2 years in similar roles (industrial internship experience is valued). * **Other requirements**: Valid driver’s license and availability to work rotating shifts if required. * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics. * Manual dexterity and hands-on experience with measurement and repair tools. * Familiarity with and adherence to occupational safety regulations. * Ability to work collaboratively and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to professional development. * Civil works or construction knowledge is considered an advantage (not mandatory). #### **Why join our team?** * Join a dynamic team offering real growth opportunities. * Stable work environment with a positive workplace atmosphere. * Employee discount #### **Who are we?** **Our purpose:** If you’ve made it this far, you’re likely looking for more than just an ordinary job.
