




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced dining room service coordinator from the hospitality industry to lead the team, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional dining experience to guests. We seek a candidate with prior experience in the hospitality industry to assume coordination and management responsibilities for dining room service. The primary objective is to ensure flawless execution of every service, leading and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Daily operations will be continuously supervised, consistently upholding the highest standards of service quality and customer care. Responsibilities include reservation organization, table allocation to optimize space and flow, and incident resolution during service. Active participation in welcoming and training new team members—transmitting our core values—is also required. Strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations—including the HACCP system—is essential. Experience in supervisory or leadership roles within the foodservice industry is highly valued, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual capable of performing effectively under pressure. Professional training in the sector is considered an advantage. This is a full-time, temporary position. Proven experience in supervisory, team-leadership, or similarly responsible roles within the foodservice industry. Communication skills to manage teams and interact with customers. Proactive, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resilient attitude. Vocational training (Higher-Level Vocational Training is desirable). Knowledge of waitering and hospitality. Minimum 1 year of experience.
