




Job Summary: We are seeking an operational warehouse coordinator for an e-commerce company to assist the Warehouse Manager in organizing and improving daily operations, with a strong emphasis on field work and team coordination. Our warehouse is the heart of daily operations: every correctly prepared order directly impacts customer experience. We seek a candidate eager to assume a coordination role with significant operational and field components. The candidate will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to organize daily activities, identify issues, and improve the team’s working methods. Location: Industrial Park (P.I.) Reports to: Warehouse Manager Coordinates: Shift Supervisors and Operators (functionally, not hierarchically) Level: Intermediate Operational Management **Job Mission** Ensure that daily warehouse operations run smoothly, efficiently, and without incidents by coordinating shift teams and proposing improvements to work processes. Main Responsibilities 1. Daily Operational Coordination * Plan daily tasks in alignment with the Warehouse Manager’s instructions * Distribute workloads among zones and shifts together with shift supervisors * Monitor progress of goods receipt or order dispatch, as applicable, and ensure daily planning * Identify operational bottlenecks and reassign resources accordingly * Serve as on-site support point for supervisors 2. Process Control * Verify correct adherence to work procedures * Review operational incidents * Conduct periodic inventory and location verifications * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper equipment usage * Collaborate in compliance with basic safety regulations 3. Continuous Improvement * Analyze recurring warehouse problems * Propose changes to working methods * Adjust locations and workflow layouts * Reduce picking errors and processing times * Document operational procedures 4. Support for Warehouse Management System (WMS) * Review system-related incidents * Assist operators in correct WMS usage * Identify process failures resulting from system usage * Participate in testing new functionalities or operational changes 5.
