Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for surveying tasks with experience in construction, linear infrastructure, and highway project development, including personnel management and quality control. Comprehensive management of surveying projects and quality control We are seeking a surveying professional in Logroño (La Rioja). A minimum of 24 months of verifiable experience is required in construction, quality control for linear infrastructure projects, or highway project development. Proficiency in CAD and GIS software—including AUTOCAD, MDT, linear alignment tools (CLIP), and geographic information systems (GEOMEDIA, ARCGIS, QGIS)—is essential. Experience with surveying instruments—including leveling equipment, data collection and setting-out devices (total stations and GPS), as well as associated software—is also desirable. The required academic qualification is a Technical Engineering Degree in Surveying or an equivalent Bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling preventive and predictive maintenance, task assignment, resource estimation, execution and supervision of tasks, personnel management, quality control, incident resolution, inventory management, budget preparation, expense control, and generation of reports and documentation for continuous improvement.
