Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant responsible for menu preparation, kitchen maintenance, and inventory management under an indefinite contract. Key Highlights: 1. Main responsibilities include menu preparation, maintaining kitchen order, and properly receiving and storing supplies. The candidate will also be responsible for organizing and keeping work areas and equipment clean, as well as managing inventory and ensuring proper storage of raw materials. Applicants must hold a food handler’s certificate and have at least two years of prior kitchen experience. Completion of compulsory secondary education, any additional job-related training, a valid driver’s license, and language skills will be valued. This position offers an indefinite full-time employment contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts from 05:00 to 09:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. Remuneration will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
