Full-time position with rotating shifts We are looking for a telephone customer service representative in Viator, specialized in identifying industrial spare parts. Main responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, using digital tools to locate appropriate spare parts, and preparing customized quotations for customers. It will also be necessary to confirm received orders and perform other duties related to the position. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, Monday through Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts. This position includes legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role as described. * We seek a candidate with digital and communication skills. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage.
