Job Mission Strategically manage various procurement categories by developing supplier relationships, negotiating optimal terms, and ensuring supply—meeting quality, cost, and delivery schedule requirements—in alignment with business objectives and corporate procurement strategy. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan project requirements, establishing priorities. * Ensure supplier delivery conditions meet project demand in terms of timing and quantity. * Review inventory levels across the company’s various warehouses and carry out necessary operations to ensure proper customer supply. * Coordinate shipment preparation to destinations in line with customer requirements. * Periodically report on the status and progress of received orders. * Communicate project priorities and requirements to the procurement team to ensure optimal service delivery. Achieve project stock targets according to the Inventory Policy. Required Qualifications Minimum required qualification: Higher Vocational Training Cycle. English proficiency at minimum B2 level is mandatory (meetings conducted in English). A second language is highly valued. Required Professional Experience 2–4 years’ experience in Supply Chain. Experience in demand planning and management. Desired Technical and/or Practical Knowledge SAP MRP knowledge.
