What is the expected outcome?** At ITP Aero, we seek professionals to expand our Aeronautical Component Manufacturing Process Engineering team in the **Airfoil Manufacturing Engineering Department**, located at our Zamudio Technology Park facility. You will join a young, multidisciplinary team working on long-term, high-impact projects for the civil and defense aviation industries. Your main responsibilities will include: * Improving manufacturing processes for components: * + Generating solid models for each process stage. + Developing work instructions and guidelines for implementing new processes. * Defining and implementing necessary improvements to industrialize products: reducing cycle times and non-quality costs. Providing production support and driving continuous process improvement. * **What profile are we looking for?** A professional interested in working in a production environment and in highly complex manufacturing processes, with strong communication skills to coordinate across disciplines. * Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. * Required experience: Experience and knowledge in manufacturing processes (machining, NDTs, CMM…) as well as data analysis capability and coordination and communication skills will be valued. * Required knowledge: Knowledge of 3D part modeling and drafting (CAD, preferably Siemens NX), as well as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software (preferably Teamcenter) and SAP will be valued. * Languages: Advanced English, both spoken and written. * Personal skills: Proactivity, teamwork ability, learning agility, and adaptability. **What training will you receive to perform the job?** You will be trained in: * Rotating components of aircraft engine turbines, their function, materials, and key features. * Conventional and special manufacturing and inspection processes (grinding, EDM, NDTs, etc.). * Manufacturing process tools. * Programming software. * Production management. * Quality management for critical aeronautical parts. * Process data analysis tools (SPC, Minitab, and others). * Manufacturing process management tools (Teamcenter). **This vacancy is right for you if…** * You seek development opportunities and are interested in building a professional career at ITP Aero. * You enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, analyzing data, and developing tools and solutions. * You are not afraid to make mistakes and try innovative solutions. * You are proactive and curious to learn. * You would like to work within a team committed to constant learning and evolution. **Who will you work with?
