We seek a candidate who combines development excellence, quality focus, mentoring capability, and the ability to translate architectural decisions into robust implementations. You will join a specialized **Adobe Experience Manager** team, participating in high-impact projects where quality, scalability, and continuous improvement are critical. **What will you do?** --------------- * **AEM Development** You will implement components and templates using **HTL** and **Sling Models**. * **Maintenance and Enhancements** You will participate in incident resolution and continuous platform improvement. * **Continuous Learning** You will integrate into a team of experts who will mentor you in **OSGi, JCR, and AEM as a Cloud Service**. * **Code Quality** You will write clean and maintainable code, participating in **CI/CD cycles with Cloud Manager**. * **Team Collaboration** You will work under agile methodologies, closely collaborating with Senior and QA profiles. * **High-Complexity Development** You will lead the development of critical modules, ensuring scalable code. * **Technical Specialization** You will serve as the reference expert in either **OSGi/Sling Models architecture (Back-end)** or **SPA Editor/Modern UI (Front-end)**. * **Governance and Cloud Manager** You will be responsible for pipeline quality and management of **quality gates** in Cloud Manager. * **Mentoring** You will act as the technical guide for the team, performing code reviews and promoting standards. * **Bridge to Architecture** You will translate architectural designs into solid technical implementations. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Must have** * Candidate with **+4 years of AEM experience**, excelling in one of the following pillars: **If you are a Back-end Specialist:** * Expert-level proficiency in **Java 11+**, **OSGi R7**, **Apache Sling**, and **JCR**. * Advanced experience in integrations (**FDM, REST/SOAP**) and persistence. **If you are a Front-end Specialist:** * Expert-level proficiency in **HTL**, **ClientLibs**, and optimization of **Webpack/NPM** in AEM. * Experience with **SPA Editor (React/Angular)** and **caching/CDN** strategies. **Common (for both profiles):** * Real-world experience with **AEM as a Cloud Service** and **Cloud Manager**. * Quality mindset: **Unit Testing (JUnit/Mockito)**, **SonarQube**, and performance. * Technical leadership capability and proactivity. **What do we offer?** ------------------- We offer a relaxed yet demanding work environment where all team members enjoy autonomy in achieving their goals and assignments.
