Maintenance and repair of bicycles and related equipment. **Technical Service Professional at LaFuga Cycling.** **Purpose of the Role.** · To provide professional bicycle maintenance and repair services, as well as component sales. This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and adjusting bicycles and components, as well as offering advice and assistance to customers. · Possess strong technical knowledge to identify and resolve any mechanical issues, and to use appropriate tools and techniques to perform the work. · Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers, providing helpful advice and explanations regarding mechanical issues, and offering guidance on component sales. · Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments. **Responsibilities.** * Inspect, repair, and maintain bicycles and other related equipment. * Adjust, repair, and replace components such as brakes, drivetrains, bearings, and tires. * Install and repair accessories including forks, wheels, lighting, etc. * Perform adjustments to ensure optimal performance. * Proactively advise customers on bicycle maintenance and repairs. * Maintain accurate customer records and manage them in a CRM capacity. * Order and manage spare parts inventory. **Requirements.** * Strong and up-to-date knowledge of bicycle components. * Ability to diagnose and repair faults. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment. * Absolute commitment to service excellence and goal achievement. **Skills.** * Mechanical aptitude. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail and goals. * Diagnostic ability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong communication skills. **Salary.** · €18,500 – €27,600 (Gross Salary + Variable).
