Adelman & Partners is seeking a Senior PMO to join our client’s new, cross-company Planning and Governance Directorate. Our client is a leading direct insurance company currently undergoing a pivotal transformation. The Senior PMO will be responsible for coordinating, governing, and ensuring the proper execution of the technology project portfolio, guaranteeing value delivery, strategic alignment, and operational efficiency. They will play a key role in transforming ways of working, actively participating in defining the new frameworks to be implemented. Additionally, they will manage the company’s three-year transformation plan, comprising eight macro-initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects. Ensure hybrid governance across Agile and Waterfall models. Coordinate dependencies among Architecture, Development, and Systems. Optimize financial control (CAPEX/OPEX). Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern PMO practices. **Requirements:** +7 years of experience in project management and PMO. Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid models. Ability to collaborate across multiple technology domains. Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or related credentials (desirable).
