




Job Summary: We are seeking a sales and customer service professional for an international fashion brand store, responsible for advising customers, driving sales, handling incidents, and maintaining the store’s image. Building customer loyalty through sales techniques We are looking for a professional with experience in customer service and retail sales for an internationally renowned fashion brand. Your main responsibility will be advising customers on our collections, driving sales, and achieving established commercial targets. You will also handle exchanges, returns, and resolve any inquiries or incidents that arise, applying sales techniques to foster customer loyalty. Your responsibilities will include operating the cash register—processing payments in cash, by card, or other payment methods—as well as managing returns and daily closings. Additionally, you will contribute to store organization, ensuring merchandise is always properly displayed, restocked, and that the space remains tidy and clean, following the brand’s guidelines regarding garment presentation and window displays. This opportunity is offered under a temporary contract covering maternity leave, with a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week distributed across rotating morning or afternoon shifts. Compensation is approximately €1,133 gross per month, supplemented by commissions or overtime pay.
