We are looking for a Data Protection Technician to implement and maintain GDPR compliance in SMEs across various sectors. The selected person will work advising clients, conducting audits, and preparing the necessary legal documentation regarding data protection. Main responsibilities: \- Analysis and adaptation of the GDPR to SMEs. \- Preparation of documentation. \- Record of processing activities. \- Risk analysis and assessments. \- Legal clauses, privacy policies, and legal notices. \- Client advisory services on data protection matters. \- Management of data processing agreements. \- Handling and resolution of queries related to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). \- Basic training for clients. Requirements: \- Higher education or university degree in a legal field. \- Knowledge of the GDPR. \- Prior experience (experience in SMEs is valued). \- Ability to interact with clients and work autonomously. \- Strong writing skills and document organization abilities.
