Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager to handle detailed planning, control of production activities, coordination of subcontractors, and assurance of quality and safety. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team in Alcobendas. The selected candidate will be responsible for detailed planning and daily control of on-site production activities. This includes effective coordination of subcontractors, ensuring the highest quality standards across all processes, and guaranteeing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Close collaboration with the Site Manager will be required to optimize project execution. The position is full-time, with working hours from 8:00 to 18:00, and offers an indefinite contract with an annual gross salary of 35\.000 €. The position is located at various sites. A degree in Technical Engineering in Public Works, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering (Building Branch) is preferred, along with fluent proficiency in AutoCAD, Office, and Presto. A minimum of 3 years’ demonstrable experience in production control on construction sites and a valid driver’s license are mandatory. Ownership of a personal vehicle is considered a plus.
